We have been, and continue to be, at the very forefront of the most significant developments in public infrastructure procurement projects including in relation to transport, education, defence, corrections, health and housing. We have also been engaged in the delivery of other innovative and pathfinding public sector projects where we have demonstrated our commitment to delivery and the ability to navigate difficult issues.

In addition to project work, we provide commercial and public law advice to public sector clients including advice relating to governance, financial powers and public accountability, legislative obligations, policy development and legislative drafting, Māori legal issues, and decision-making processes. Our public sector team also includes dispute resolution specialists who act for public sector clients when they are engaged in disputes.

Our deep understanding of the public sector also enables us to assist clients who are interacting with government entities.
