Tainui Group Holdings 
Advised Tainui Group Holdin​gs on its recently completed deal for a new office build accommodation for the Accident Compensation Corporation in Hamilton City.

The Purchaser of 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland
Advised the P​urchaser on the forward purchase (including OIO consent), development and leasing of the premium-grade building at 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland, the largest commercial office real estate acquisition in 2019.​

Invesco Real Estate fund 
Advised Invesco Real Estate fund on its acquisition and leasing of Chorus House, Auckland, in one of 2019’s largest commercial property deals in New Zealand.

Stride Property (Stride) 
Advised Stride on the establishment of a new industrial property investment management fund called Industre and the subsequent acquisition of various properties by Industre.

Advised Stride on the disposal of three large format retail properties for NZ$140 million.

Advised Stride on the recent purchase of 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Precinct Properties 
Advised Precinct Properties on its significant office redevelopment projects in the Central Government Precinct, Wellington, including finalising the development of Defence House and MPI House and the construction of two new buildings in the precinct.

Advised Precinct Properties on the sale of Pastoral House, Wellington.

SkyCity Entertainment Group 
Advised SkyCity Entertainment Group on its agreement to sell a long-term concession over its Auckland car parks for ~NZ$220 million to Macquarie.

The Purchaser of 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland
Advised the Purchaser on the forward purchase (including OIO consent), development and leasing of the premium-grade office building at 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.

Fletcher Concrete and Infrastructure 
Advised Fletcher Concrete and Infrastructure on the sale of a 14 hectare site in Wiri, Auckland, to logistics property specialists LOGOS.

The Purchaser of 2-14 Wakefield Street, Auckland
Advised the Purchaser ​on the purchase of the commercial high-rise at 2-14 Wakefield Street, Auckland, the existing AUT Arts Faculty.​

Kiwi Property 
Advised Kiwi Property on its development of a new office tower at Sylvia Park, Auckland, and the leasing of premises within the tower to occupational tenants.

Investec Property
Advised Investec Property on the purchase of the Majestic Centre, Wellington, from Kiwi Property for more than NZ$123 million. 

Vital Healthcare Property Trust 
Advised Vital Healthcare Property Trust on the redevelopment of the Wakefield and Royston Hospitals, Wellington.

Ngāi Tahu Property 
Advised Ngāi Tahu Property on its “partnering agreement” with Queenstown Lakes District Council to redevelop central Queenstown.

Winton 
Advised Winton on its agreements with the New Zealand Government, to deliver over 450 new affordable “KiwiBuild” homes for the Government’s KiwiBuild programme.

Costco 
Advised Costco on the purchase of its first New Zealand site at Westgate, Auckland.

Cooper and Company 
Advised Cooper and Company on all aspects of the development and leasing in Auckland's Britomart Precinct, including the development and management arrangement for the new five-star Britomart Hotel.​​
