Jan Chen

Jan has demonstrated success acting for clients across a large number of industries including land development, construction, infrastructure, project management, forestry and agribusiness. Jan has acted for a number of local and international finance institutions on property financing projects, and is experienced in all aspects of real estate developments from the initial acquisition of undeveloped land, advising on pre-sales and undertaking the subdivision process.

Jan is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, building strong relationships with many clients from the Asian region during her time at Bell Gully​.
