Expertise

Kelsey is an experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in private and public mergers and acquisitions.

Kelsey has considerable experience advising on significant corporate transactions across diverse sectors, including financial services, healthcare, agriculture and dairy, food and beverage and marine services. Her expertise includes public M&A (Takeovers Code offers and schemes of arrangement), private M&A, shareholder arrangements, transaction structuring and negotiation, general corporate advice and end-to-end project coordination.

Before joining Bell Gully in 2023, Kelsey was a senior associate at a specialist corporate law firm in Auckland, New Zealand. Her professional background also includes working for the New Zealand Takeovers Panel and a multinational bank.
