Jesse is a partner in Bell Gully’s market-leading litigation and dispute resolution department. Over many years he has developed a commercial litigation practice which encompasses regulatory matters (corporate and competition law), corporate disputes, construction disputes, company law disputes, contractual disputes, insurance, product liability issues and general civil disputes.
He has advocacy experience in leading trials and appeals, and his litigation experience covers all courts, arbitration, adjudications, and mediation.
Jesse holds a Master of Laws degree from Stanford Law School.
Jesse is recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022 for dispute resolution. He is also ranked as an ‘Up and Coming’ practitioner for dispute resolution in Chambers Asia Pacific 2021, with clients characterising him as "superbly talented" and as "solid, clever and good to deal with."
