Recapitalisations

Our work on recapitalisations includes advising the boards and management teams of issuers such as Synlait Milk and Air New Zealand on large and complex shareholder approved recapitalisations.

Board spills

We advise boards of directors on responses to shareholder proposals to call meetings, replace directors and put forward resolutions.

Initial public Offerings
