Hannah Turton

Hannah is a senior associate in Bell Gully’s market-leading corporate team. She has experience in advising corporates, listed issuers, private equity sponsors and other financial investors on M&A and other corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors.

Hannah started her career at Bell Gully and returned to the firm in 2024, after four years working in the London office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. During her time at Freshfields she advised on a variety of transactions for corporate, private equity, growth equity and other financial investor clients.

Advising GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, on its acquisition of Cinven’s shares in Miller, a specialist insurance and re-insurance broker, which they first acquired together in 2021.

Advising General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity investor, on various transactions, including its acquisition of a minority stake in Gymshark, a fitness community apparel brand, its investment in Modulr, a leading provider of embedded payments to digital businesses across Europe, its investment in Matillion, a UK headquartered cloud data integration platform and its investment in Trendyol, Turkey’s largest e-commerce platform.

Advising CVC Growth, part of one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms, on CVC Growth Fund’s investment of approximately €200 million to acquire a significant minority stake in TOPdesk, an IT service desk platform.
