Expertise

Eri is an associate specialising in commercial property and real estate transactions, with experience advising on property development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and overseas investment in New Zealand.

She also has experience advising clients on applications for consent, variations and exemptions relating to sensitive land and significant business assets, including acquisitions and disposals.

Eri started at Bell Gully as a summer clerk and returned to the firm in 2021 to practice, after spending a year working in the Cook Islands as an investment analyst for the Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund.
