Advising global accounting SaaS company Xero, New Zealand's largest listed enterprise by market capitalisation, on its IPO and listing in 2007 and on all subsequent equity and debt capital raisings and other corporate projects and transactions.

LIGHTSPEED ACQUISITION OF VEND

Advising Lightspeed Commerce, a NYSE / TSX listed leading provider of cloud-based omni-channel commerce platforms, on its acquisition of Vend, an Auckland headquartered cloud-based retail management software company.

Advising the Department of Internal Affairs on the Government's Cloud Computing Programme, including the development of unique contracting models / templates and numerous negotiations on different projects with suppliers.

CROWN INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS ULTRA-FAST BROADBAND INITIATIVE

Advising Crown Fibre Holdings (now Crown Infrastructure Partners) on the Government's NZ$1.5bn ultra-fast broadband nation-wide roll-out programme under unique commercial partnering arrangements, including with Chorus, WEL Networks, Enable Networks and Northpower.

GOVERNMENT JOINT VENTURE FOR METHANE EMISSION REDUCTIONS

Advising the Ministry for Primary Industries on the Government's first corporate joint venture with the private sector, creating AgriZero, tasked with pooling intellectual property and resources with the agribusiness private sector (including Fonterra) in order to reduce methane emissions by creating world-first innovative solutions.
