Senior Associate, AucklandAlice is an experienced litigator with a broad background in both civil and public law litigation. She also has experience engaging with regulators.
Alice has gained a broad experience in the UK including tax debt enforcement, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, judicial reviews and VAT litigation. She worked on matters in the High Court and in the UK tax tribunals. She also worked on advisory matters related to EU Exit.
In New Zealand her regulatory affairs experience included regular engagement with regulators as well as preparing written submissions on public consultations with particular knowledge of the Deposit Takers Act 2023.
