Rachel manages Bell Gully's pro bono and community programme.
Bell Gully's pro bono and community programme is focused on:
- supporting charitable organisations working in our local communities by providing free or heavily discounted legal advice, and
- our donating, fundraising and volunteering efforts.
Rachel also drafts and maintains the banking and finance team's precedent documentation. Her specialty area is banking and finance, and she has particular experience in secured and unsecured bank lending, structured financing and asset financing.
