Advising on major Wellington projects: 80,000m2+ office space for Central Government Precinct redevelopment and the leasing arrangements, joint venture NZ$240m acquisition of 40 and 44 Bowen Street, and on its new build development for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. 

Advising on several transformational projects including: a new sludge minimisation facility to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill, the Band Rotunda development, the Aotea Quay development, and the Shelly Bay development.

Advising on all aspects of the complex sale and purchase arrangements, the development agreement for Tauranga City Council and Willis Bond's integrated works, the long-term leasing arrangements for its recently completed mass timber head office at 90 Devonport Road.

Advised on the sale and leaseback arrangements for its new head office premises at 67 Horomatangi Street, Taupō, and the subdivision and housing development of part of the East Urban Lands in Taupō in partnership with the Oroko Rise Consortium.

Advised on the negotiations and leasing arrangements for its bus operations depot site, which was initially in Tirangi Road in Rongotai and subsequently relocated to Kauri Street in Miramar.  

Advised on its property finance matters and all leasing requirements for its retail and commercial office portfolios around New Zealand. 

Advised on its property portfolio across New Zealand, including leasing of its operational and family store premises, sale and purchase of its housing stock for its officers, and sale and purchase of commercial premises. 

Advised on the property aspects of certain overlapping Treaty of Waitangi claims issues relating to the Crown's proposed settlement with Ngāti Rangitihi.
