Greater Wellington Regional Council

Advised on its involvement in the transformation Te Awa Kairangi project to deliver significant flood protection, transport and urban revitalisation upgrades in the heart of the Hutt Valley; on rail and infrastructure improvements aspects of its LNIRIM project; and on a programme of construction to improve the Wellington region flood defence network.

Precinct Properties

Advised on development, leasing and construction arrangements for its developments at 61 Molesworth Street and 40 and 44 Bowen Street; and on the construction and delivery contracts for seismic strengthening and redevelopment of multiple buildings across under the Crown's Wellington Accommodation Project.

Landmark Dividend on entry into New Zealand

Advised Landmark Dividend, a global infrastructure investor, on its first transaction and establishment in New Zealand.

Port Marlborough

Advised on the construction contracts for the redevelopment and expansion of its Waikawa marina facility, including for complex reclamation and underwater works; and on other strategic projects, including the major redevelopment and leasing of its port facilities.

Tainui

Advised on its purchase of a half share in a large retail shopping centre in central Hamilton, as part of a complex JV arrangement with Kiwi Property; on its commercial office development in Hamilton for ACC; and on its development and leasing of the Ruakura inland port and logistics hub.

Crown construction contracting

Advised MFAT on the construction services agreement and form of design and construct contract for its Pacific Property Systems Project; and Te Pūkenga on the construction contracts for its programme of high priority building upgrade works across New Zealand.

Wellington City Council

Advised on strategic construction projects, including its Golden Mile Project to deliver transport and urban revitalisation upgrades to central Wellington, for earthquake strengthening of the Town Hall and to revitalise the Civic Square Precinct.

Tauranga City Council

Advised on property and construction matters, including for its Te Manawataki o Te Papa development of a new civic whare, exhibition gallery and museum, library and community hub in Tauranga.
