Katie is a corporate lawyer specialising in managed funds and financial services regulation.

Katie specialises in advising on managed funds products and financial services regulation. Her experience includes advising on the implications of the regulatory regimes relevant to managed investment schemes, financial advice, CoFI and broking & custody, advising on corporate transactions involving the financial services industry, providing general financial services regulatory advice and advising insurers on regulatory requirements and policy documentation.

Katie has previously been seconded to four major managed funds businesses, which means she has a strong appreciation of clients' expectations and needs, together with a hands on understanding of business issues from a practical perspective.
