Josephine specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in managed funds, financial services law and commercial contracting.

Josephine is an experienced regulatory specialist, with a focus on financial services.  Her regulatory experience includes advising on corporate transactions involving the financial services industry, distribution arrangements for insurance and wealth products and the implications of regulatory regimes relevant to managed investment schemes, financial advice, broking and custody and insurers, and providing general financial services regulatory advice.

Josephine advises in-house teams on a broad range of business-as-usual and bespoke commercial contracts, including SaaS and software licensing arrangements, services agreements and manufacturing, supply, distribution and logistics arrangements. Josephine also advises on commercial contracts in transactional contexts.

Josephine advises private and public sector clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including corporate structuring, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. She also advises on corporate governance matters.
