Jasmine Cunard

Jasmine is a senior associate in Bell Gully’s industry-leading corporate team and has advised on a range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, capital markets, private equity, funds management, corporate restructurings and joint ventures. Jasmine was part of the team that advised Apax Partners LLP on its NZ$2.56 billion takeover of Trade Me - the largest takeover undertaken to date in NZ via scheme of arrangement.

Alongside her transactional work, Jasmine regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate advisory and commercial contracting matters.
