Expertise

Hannah is a partner in our corporate department, with particular focus on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, growth equity investments, joint venture arrangements and public control transactions. 

Hannah specialises in advising private capital clients on their acquisitions, exits and investments and has extensive experience in advising corporate and listed issuer clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors.

She has advised on large scale complex transactions out of both New Zealand and the UK. Her recent work highlights include advising Lactalis on its proposed acquisition of Fonterra's global Consumer and associated businesses.
