National Infrastructure Funding and Financing

Advised on the first transaction implemented under the IFF Act, raising approximately NZ$175m for 13 transport projects across the Tauranga region.

Advised on the second landmark transaction under the IFF Act, providing funding to Wellington City Council for the construction of a waste water minimisation facility.

Kōwhai Park

Advised the lenders on the financing provided to a joint venture between Contact Energy and Lightsource bp to fund the development of New Zealand's largest 162 MW solar farm at Kōwhai Park.

Tauhei Solar Farm - First Renewables

Advised First Renewables (part of the Clarus Group) on the project financing for the joint venture (between Harmony Energy and First Renewables) in respect of the Tauhei Solar Farm.

Waipipi wind farm

Acted as New Zealand counsel to the financiers of Waipipi (formerly Waverley) wind farm.

New Zealand Green Investment Finance Limited

Advised on its financing provided to Lodestone Energy for the construction of five solar farms in New Zealand.

Tauhara North No.2 Trust

Advised on the project financing of the 140 MW Nga Awa Purua geothermal power station.
