Oliver Feslier Holmes is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raisings and joint ventures, with particular experience advising major corporates, funds and financial institutions on significant cross-border transactions in the technology and digital infrastructure sectors.

Oliver spent seven years in the private equity team at Baker McKenzie in London and advises some of the world’s largest companies and financial institutions on significant transactions, bringing a pragmatic and solution-orientated approach.

In addition to his M&A capabilities, Oliver has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, including carve-outs and corporate restructurings.
