Expertise

Khim has extensive experience in a broad range of property transactions, with a particular focus on leasing. She has acted for commercial and retail landlord and tenant clients, advising them on all aspects of their leasing arrangements.

Khim is experienced in all aspects of property transactions, both in New Zealand and Australia, having previously worked in Sydney. Her experience includes the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, and other complex transactions such as agreements to design build and lease, and sale and leaseback arrangements.

Acted for major shopping centre and commercial owners in New Zealand as well as large retail and corporate tenants on their lease arrangements for their national portfolio.

Property sales and acquisitions

Acting for clients on the sale and acquisition of large commercial and retail sites in New Zealand, which includes managing the initial due diligence, preparing and negotiating the sale and purchase agreements and assisting with Overseas Investment Office consent requirements.

Corporate transactions

Advising on large scale due diligences and projects and managing the property aspects of corporate transactions.
