Advised the vendors on the sale of Orion Health to HEALWELL AI Inc. for total consideration of approximately NZ$175m, including the pre-completion separation and divestment of the McCrae Tech Group. 

Advised the vendors on the sale of a majority stake in Ando Insurance Group, one of New Zealand's largest managing general agents, to The Envest Group, Australia's largest privately owned insurance distribution business. 

Advised on its acquisition of Westpac Group's New Zealand life insurance business for NZ$400m, associated equity funding arrangements and 15 year strategic alliance with Westpac New Zealand.

Advised the consortium of BGH Capital and Sixth Street on their NZ$1.5bn acquisition of NZX and ASX-listed Pushpay Holdings by way of scheme of arrangement. 

Advised on its NZ$1.96bn acquisition of Z Energy by way of court approved scheme of arrangement together with its divestment of its Gull business to Allegro. 

Advised Lightspeed, a NYSE- and TSX-listed leading provider of cloud-based, omnichannel commerce platforms on its acquisition of Vend, a New Zealand cloud-based retail management software company, for US$350m.

Advised the vendors on the sale of a strategic stake in Northland Waste to Rangatira Investments.
