Brigit is a trust and personal asset planning specialist.

​​​Brigit works with individuals and families to find practical and effective solutions to meet their personal asset planning requirements including the establishment of discretionary family trusts, preparing wills and powers of attorney. 

Brigit is often called on to provide advice and guidance on a range of succession issues and assists clients to navigate the frequently complicated issues that surround blended and extended families, working to reach outcomes that meet the client's needs and those of future generations.

Brigit re-joined Bell Gully as a member of the Trust and Asset Planning team in March 2014 having previously worked for Bell Gully for five years earlier in her career.

In the intervening years Brigit has continued to work in trust-related areas including in-house for a large firm of employee benefit consultants, as an associate in a London law firm specialising in pensions and, most recently, in Bermuda in the private client and trust team of an international off-shore law firm.

Brigit is the co-author of Private Client Q & A: Bermuda and contributor to International Trust Disputes​, Oxford University Press, 2012​​.
