Acted for Downer New Zealand for adjudications, arbitrations and High Court proceedings relating to various constructions projects, including residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Arvida AL Holdings Limited

Acted in an approximately NZ$50m breach of warranty claim against Lendlease, the vendor of five retirement villages in Auckland, arising from significant weathertightness issues at three of the villages.

Acted for Avanda Group in multiple adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act arising from a number of residential property developments across New Zealand.
