He advised the Treasury on the Meridian Energy IPO, Contact Energy on its recent retail bond issue and David Jones on its entry into New Zealand through the acquisition of the Kirkcaldie & Stains premises.

Advised Stride Property Group on the establishment of a new industrial property investment management fund called Industre and the subsequent acquisition of various properties by Industre, on its capital raising and share purchase plan to part fund the acquisition of Antipodean Properties supermarket portfolio, and on its initial public offering and listing on the NZX.
