The firm was first awarded the Rainbow Tick in 2016, after demonstrating its strong ongoing commitment to inclusion and support for the LGBTQI+ community.
Each year, Rainbow Tick reviews Bell Gully's current policies, procedures and training, including running focus groups with Bell Gully staff. We are proud that our accreditation has been renewed again, with Rainbow Tick highlighting Bell Gully's particular efforts around external engagement, staff engagement, and strategy and policy.

Chair Andrew Petersen said this accolade recognises the hard work of everyone at Bell Gully to make our environment inclusive and open for all.

Bell Gully's LGBTQI+ group is part of the firm's wider 'BelonG' committee which encapsulates a broad range of diversity and inclusion initiatives, including our Women at Bell Gully and Parents networks.
