Jayne has significant project management experience, having managed a variety of complex and major transactions. As a partner for 21 years, she forged strong relationships advising Fletcher Challenge, its sector companies and the companies which emerged on its separation - principally Fletcher Building.
Jayne's legal experience is in the fields of acquisitions and dispositions of business, corporate restructurings, equity transactions and joint ventures. In addition, she is a notary public and a fellow of Chartered Secretaries New Zealand.
