Jane has significant experience in commercial property work, both in New Zealand and the UK and specialises in sales, acquisitions, commercial leasing (including sale and leaseback transactions) and development projects.

Jane's clients value her extensive knowledge of the industry and the market and her level of expertise. She acts for key players in the New Zealand property market including major developers, owners and retailers. She has a reputation for being commercially astute and highly proactive and efficient.

Jane has recently peer reviewed the latest versions of the Property Council of New Zealand Office Lease and Industrial Lease. In demand as a speaker on property issues, Jane presents seminars on numerous topics for Property Council of New Zealand and other industry bodies.
