Grace is an experienced employment specialist who advises clients on all aspects of employment and workplace safety law.

Grace has broad experience spanning litigation, advisory and transactional work in both New Zealand and the UK. She has particular experience managing and advising on complex investigations involving a range of stakeholders, including in relation to workplace culture concerns, disciplinary matters, "team moves" and workplace safety incidents.

Grace advises clients on the full spectrum of employment issues, including personal grievances, restructuring and redundancy, disciplinary matters, performance issues, restraints of trade, and negotiated exits. Grace also supports clients in relation to workplace health and safety matters, including compliance with due diligence obligations and dealing with WorkSafe prosecutions. Grace also advises clients on the employment issues arising from business sales and acquisitions.
