Andrew is the Managing Partner of Bell Gully and sits on the firm's Board.

He is an experienced projects and real estate lawyer with extensive experience advising on real estate transactions and developments in New Zealand. Andrew is known for his strategic and solutions focused advice. 

 

Andrew's experience includes advising on acquisitions and divestments, leases, project developments and finance, subdivisions and restructuring and insolvency.

His long history with international clients means he has leading expertise in dealing with New Zealand's overseas investment laws. His experience covers all areas of real estate, including office, retail, industrial, hotels, apartments, residential, golf course developments, land subdivisions, farming, forestry and vineyards.
