Our dedication to maintaining a discrimination-free workplace is embedded in our policies and more importantly, in our values and daily interactions. This commitment is overseen by our Diversity and Inclusion Committee, with governance by our Board.

BelonG at Bell Gully unites all our diversity and inclusion initiatives, emphasising our commitment to fostering and encouraging talent, regardless of ethnic background, physical ability, gender, sexuality, religion or age.

We provide ongoing education and awareness-raising programmes for our people, including through the support of external expert organisations Diversity Works NZ, Rainbow Tick and as signatory of the New Zealand Law Society’s Gender Equality Charter.
