An experienced intellectual property commercialisation and litigation lawyer, Sebastien advises clients on a range of matters, including trade marks, patents, copyright, contracts and confidential information. Sebastien specialises in disputes and their resolution, notably in the Intellectual Property Offices and Courts of New Zealand and Australia.
Sebastien also has widespread expertise in commercialisation, includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various IP agreements, from licensing, to research and development and commercialisation of technology.
Prior to Bell Gully, Sebastien spent close to a decade at a leading New Zealand IP firm as well as several years as Legal and Commercial Manager at a major international technology company.
Sebastien is a fluent French speaker.
