Louise has extensive in-house HR experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Louise started her HR career at a District Health Board before moving to London where she worked in various HR roles for local and national government. On returning to New Zealand Louise spent time working for a not-for-profit in the disability sector.
Louise leads the Human Resources team in formulating and implementing the firm's people and culture strategies, including recruitment, on-boarding, developing and retaining our people.
