Transpower on the highly contentious application for resource consent to realign the Hairini-Mt Maunganui A (HAI-MTM A) 110kV transmission line, which currently traverses the Maungatapu Peninsula, Rangataua Bay Estuary and Matapihi, including appearing for Transpower in the High Court.
