Our COVID-19 response

Bell Gully is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, our clients and our communities. As part of this commitment under the firm’s Covid-19 Vaccine Policy, from 3 December 2021 only people who have been fully vaccinated may enter Bell Gully’s premises or attend firm events.

We will ask all people attending our offices or firm events to provide proof of vaccination. For visitors to our premises or events, acceptable proof of vaccination will be scanning a person’s My Vaccine Pass, with the Government app, or providing any internationally recognised equivalent pass for those vaccinated outside of New Zealand.

We acknowledge that this is a sensitive issue. However we believe the overall wellbeing, health and safety of our people and clients is paramount and (as with many other professional organisations) we believe that this policy is an appropriate way to help protect our people and clients, ensuring everyone is comfortable working from our offices and attending our events.

Our partners and staff are strongly supportive of the protection afforded to everyone from the Covid-19 vaccination.

We will continue to keep this policy under review, as the Covid-19 environment evolves and Government guidance and policy settings develop.

There may be scenarios that do not fit within our policy. If you have a concern, please contact your normal Bell Gully contact and they can discuss alternative approaches.
