​Stride P​roperty acquisition of Antipodean Properites portfolio
Advised Stride Property on the bank facilities for the NZ$287 million acquisition of 19 supermarkets from Antipodean Properties.

​Stride Property amalg​​amation
Advised DNZ Property Group (now Stride Property) in connection with the financing of its NZ$868 million amalgamation of four funds and its subsequent refinancings.

ANZ property financing transactions
Advise ANZ on a range of investment and development funding transactions (residential and mixed use) with different borrowers. These have included funding for several of New Zealand's largest commercial buildings and residential developments.

Citibank hotel acquisi​​​tions
Advised Citibank on the funding for the acquisition of various hotels in New Zealand by its borrower group, including Novotel Queenstown and Intercontinental Hotel Wellington.

Britomart precinct red​​evelopment 
Advised Cooper and Company on its redevelopment of the Britomart precinct and lease of space to major commercial and retail tenants. This highly complex redevelopment is the largest historic restoration project to be undertaken in New Zealand and includes the development of major new buildings on Auckland's waterfront. 

BOS Intern​​​ational
Advising BOS International on several significant development financings, including funding for the Kawarau Falls development in Queenstown and the Denarau resort development in Fiji.

ANZ sale and ​​​​​leasebacks
Advised ANZ on a range of sale and leaseback transactions with different borrowers, in the retail, industrial and agribusiness sectors. ​​
