New partner appointed at Bell Gully
Amon Nunns has been appointed as a partner of the firm, with effect from 1 January 2011.
Based in Wellington, Amon rejoined Bell Gully in 2007 after spending three years with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP practising in New York and London. Amon is a highly experienced corporate transaction lawyer specialising in public offers, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange compliance and company and securities law.
Roger Partridge, Bell Gully chairman, states that the appointment "recognises Amon's extensive expertise and experience, and his all-round achievements and commitment to our clients and to the firm."
