A perspective on employment in the regulatory framework
A conference focused on transforming New Zealand regulation to bring the country into line with the OECD has been held in Wellington.
The 4th Annual Regulatory Evolution Summit, held 26-27 April, featured speakers across a range of sectors, each addressing the issue of regulatory change and its implications. Minister for Regulatory Reform Hon Rodney Hide gave the keynote address.

Recent and proposed changes to employment law and their implications for employers and business were discussed in the presentation.
