New Zealand tax law changes outlined in global publication

Bell Gully's tax specialists have outlined some significant changes in the country's tax law as authors of the New Zealand chapter of the just published World Tax 2009.

World Tax is published annually by London-based International Tax Review, providing a guide to the world's leading tax firms as well as overview of tax changes over the last year in global jurisdictions.

Bell Gully senior associate Mathew McKay and solicitor Neelam Krishna have written the New Zealand chapter, summarising key changes such as in the corporate tax rate, limited partnership rules and associated persons test.
