Andrea Jordan joins Bell Gully's corporate department in Auckland, returning to New Zealand after eight years at law firms in the UK. Her practice focuses largely on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets listings, private equity and debt funding.
Anton Shead brings broad experience of property development and financing to the firm's property practice. He joins the firm from Herbert Smith in London where, as a senior associate, he advised clients on large-scale property financing, investment grade lending and acquisition financing.
