Bell Gully outlines IP issues for high-growth companies
Bell Gully partner Jonathan Ross and senior associate Colleen Cavanagh have given high-growth New Zealand companies advice on managing and protecting their intellectual property.
At Morgo, New Zealand's premier event for entrepreneurs and high growth companies held in Waitangi last week, Jonathan and Colleen led a practical workshop for delegates.
They discussed the different types of intellectual property, what protection is necessary and relevant, and strategies for developing protection. Their workshop also analysed intellectual property issues for New Zealand companies in developing markets such as China and India.
