Bell Gully partner Rob Towner has looked at lessons learned from some of the most significant employment cases of the last year at the 2008 New Zealand Industrial Relations Conference.
In his presentation at the conference, held in Auckland on 5-6 March, Rob focused on developments around bargaining, strikes and replacement workers, containing union access, dismissals, disciplinary procedures, trade secrets and restraint of trade.
