Bell Gully's litigation practice gains further talent
A commercial litigator with strong global and New Zealand experience has joined Bell Gully in Auckland.
Senior associate Tim Clarke has 11 years' experience with leading law firms in New Zealand and internationally, advising across a wide range of commercial litigation.
An Auckland University science and honours law graduate, Tim began his career at a large New Zealand law firm before heading to the Hong Kong office of international firm Baker & McKenzie. His three years there were followed by three years in the British Virgin Islands as a senior associate in the litigation department of Harney Westwood & Riegels.
Tim returned to New Zealand in 2001 joining another major law firm's litigation team.
In recent years he has advised on numerous significant corporate matters across sectors including energy, forestry, finance and media.
Tim's experience in acting on corporate and commercial disputes, banking and finance, and insolvency issues, will add further strength to Bell Gully's respected litigation practice.
