New senior associates appointed at Bell Gully

Seven new senior associates have been appointed at Bell Gully, New Zealand's leading law firm:

Rachael Brown specialises in public and administrative law, Maori services and civil litigation and has worked with Bell Gully since 1999.

James Foley specialises in commercial property law and recently joined the firm from Ashurst Morris Crisp in London.

Bevan Miles specialises in tax and GST law and recently rejoined the firm after two years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Auckland.

Andrew Petersen specialises in corporate law and joined Bell Gully in 2003 after two years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.

Vanja Pivac specialises in banking and finance law and rejoined the firm in 2002 after a year and a half working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Singapore.

Carolyn van Leuven specialises in corporate M&A and commercial contracting with particular emphasis on the energy sector.

Garry Williams specialises in commercial litigation, IP and media law and joined Bell Gully last year after five years working in London with Nabarro Nathanson and Olswang.
