New Chairman of Climate Change Organisation to address Bell Gully audience

Doctor Rajendra K Pachauri, chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will speak at Bell Gully's Wellington office on Thursday 10 October.

Dr Pachauri is Director-General of the Tata Energy Research Institute, New Delhi and the first developing country expert to head the IPCC.

Topics will include the science of climate change, Kyoto Protocol obligations and the global impacts of climate change.
