Brain Game Triumph
The Bell Gully Brain Game, hosted by Paul Holmes, was an unqualified success - both over the Auckland weather bomb and intellectual mediocrity.
The battle of the brains was held in the Auckland Town Hall on Thursday 20 June. A who's who of corporates including ASB, Dominion Breweries and Fisher & Paykel competed for top honours.
Sponsors Bell Gully were pipped at the post by JB Were in a tense tie breaker. Bell Gully Chairman, Matthew Cockram was gracious in defeat.
"Lawyers are a competitive bunch by nature but there's always next year. We were proud to sponsor an event with such a worthwhile cause".
Proceeds from the evening went to A + Charitable Trust.
