New Zealand authors of leading Internet text

Bell Gully has contributed the New Zealand chapter to the leading international Internet and e-commerce law guide.
Internet Law and Regulation published by Sweet & Maxwell in the UK is in its third edition. The New Zealand chapter is a new addition to the country-specific format and covers domain names and jurisdictional issues.

Bell Gully partners from the Communications, Technology and Media team were approached to write the chapter.
Partner Malcolm Webb was delighted to be asked to contribute "This is the authoritative work on the area. To be asked to provide the New Zealand commentary is international recognition of the work we are doing in this area. The book is also written in an accessible, jargon-free style and focuses on practical legal question. It's not a baffling legal tome and that mirrors our style exactly."
