Wendy is an experienced commercial litigator, with specialist expertise in fair trading law, media and advertising law, regulatory compliance, and contractual dispute resolution.

Wendy regularly advises on Commerce Commission investigations under the Fair Trading Act.

She reviews all aspects of advertising promotions for clients in relation to the Fair Trading Act, Gambling Act, Privacy Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and comparative advertising.

She also has extensive experience in media and defamation law and reviews media copy for publication.

Wendy provides legal and tactical advice on contractual issues and the resolution of a diverse range of contractual disputes.

In addition to the above particular areas of expertise, she advises on prosecutions in relation to breach of regulatory requirements, including health and safety and other legislation.
