Sarah is a corporate lawyer with broad experience across a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings.

Sarah returned to Bell Gully in 2011 after four years working in-house for a London based investment manager and two years at Freshfields where she worked on a variety of private equity and acquisition finance transactions.

Before moving to London, Sarah was involved in a number of significant transactions as part of Bell Gully's banking and finance team.
