Stacey advises on a range of corporate and banking transactions.

Stacey has advised lenders and borrowers on domestic and international syndicated and bilateral financings, including real estate, investment grade and leveraged finance transactions. Stacey has experience in work-outs, restructurings and insolvency issues. She has also advised on banking aspects of corporate acquisitions and supervised loan portfolio due diligence.

Stacey began her career with Bell Gully in 2005. After completing a BCL master's degree at the University of Oxford in 2009, she worked for the banking department of leading London law firm Allen & Overy for three years, and was also seconded to a major London bank for nine months. Stacey returned to Bell Gully in 2012.
