Sally's practice focuses exclusively on commercial property and leasing.

Her transactional experience includes the acquisition and sale of commercial property including sale and leaseback and design-build arrangements, and subdivision and title related issues.

Sally has wide commercial leasing experience and has acted for a number of large commercial landlord and tenant clients, and routinely advises on and negotiates a full range of transactions including complex design lease and build arrangements. 

Sally also advises on general property management including default.
