Her transactional experience includes the acquisition and sale of commercial property including sale and leaseback and design-build arrangements, and subdivision and title related issues. Many of her clients have national property portfolios and she works closely with these clients on their complex, diverse and changing property needs.

Sally has wide commercial leasing experience and has acted for a number of large commercial landlord and tenant clients, and routinely advises on and negotiates a full range of transactions including complex design lease and build arrangements.
